A Letter To My Five Year Old Self.
Dear Me,
When you wake up and your day starts, remember those birds chirping, the blue skies, the tall mountains, the woods behind your house that you are so in love with, those are the things that will keep you sane in the future. The beauty of life you see now, let it touch every part of your body. Your innocence will soon be lost but your hope in life would never dim. You owe it to the world you live in now. Masked with beauty a lot of people you will meet. They will tear you apart and you will still stand strong cause the little girl you are right now maybe small but the strength you draw from nature is infinite. You dance in the rain, sing near clear streams, walk among the animals that flock to you like bees searching for the flower that has the most nectar. Their wildness is embedded in you. You are growing up as natures child. She will never give up on a little girl who has learnt to love and respect her. The people you are now surrounded with are strong and protect you but as you age you will realise no amount of protection will help you face the things that you are destined to face alone, head on. Remember to never lose your spark and positivity come what may. As the wind blows on your pink cheeks, as your curls dance to the breeze, when your feet touch the soil, enjoy every second of it for they will help you through the worst times of your life. You, little one will be stronger than ever for there is nothing more powerful than the universe. Stay aligned and don’t lose sight.
With love,
Your Future Self
